Advanced R workshop

This homepage contains all materials used during the Advanced
R workshop taught at the University of Michigan EEB department. The workshops is
organized by Katrina Munsterman and Max Hesselbarth. Additionally,
Teresa Pegan offered to help during the workshop, which is highly
appreciated!
The introductory slides for each topic can be found under the “Slides” menu item. For each topic there is an exercise and a corresponding solution, which can be found under the “Exercise” and “Solution” menu items.
